Bowda Farmstead - O’Brien Van der Steen Workshops

Deep within the Dartmoor National Park and located on the site of a former uplands farmstead this was project was always going to be a challenge. We prepared an extensive planning application for a new dwelling and outbuildings positioned on the footprint of the former longhouse and shippon.
